3 cups All purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 1/2 cups Water at room temperature
Bread Recipe Instructions

This recipe is easy!

  1. Form the dough: mix the flour, salt and yeast in a big bowl. Then pour water in the bowl and use a wooden spoon to mix until well incorporated.
  2. Let the dough rise: cover the bowl in plastic wrap either on your counter or place it inside your oven (unheated) for 12 to 16 hours. Tip: If room is cold wrap bowl in a towel
  3. Put your dutch oven in the oven andreheat your oven to 450 farenheit.
  4. Take the dutch oven out of the oven and remove the lid.
  5. Shape your dough: sprinkle some flour over the dough, remove the dough from the bowl and shape it into a ball. Sprinkle some flour on the bottom of the dutch oven and then place the dough in the dutch oven, cover with lid and place back in the oven. 
  6. Bake for 30 minutes: keeping the lid on, you
  7. Remove lid and bake another 15-20 minutes until a nice golden brown.
  8. Remove the bread and let it cool before you cut in and enjoy!
