An excellent variation for chicken that can be served with your favourite vegetables.
Don't hold back on the garlic, you will be surprised how subtle the garlic tastes in this dish.
1 1/2 lbs Chicken thighs, skinless, bone removed
1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
2 tbsp Olive oil
12 garlic cloves
3/4 cup Chicken broth, low sodium preferred
1/4 cup Cooking cream
1 Lemon, sliced and cut into small wedges
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Japanese cooking sake
2 tbsp Mirin
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Italian parsley, chopped
