    <li class="ingredient"><span class="amount">3</span> <span class="name"> eggs</span></li>
    <li class="ingredient"><span class="amount">2 cups (300g)</span> <span class="name"> self-raising flour, sifted</span></li>
    <li class="ingredient"><span class="amount"></span> <span class="name">Icing sugar</span></li>

    <li>Preheat oven to 180C</li>
    <li>Grease and line the base of a 20cm round cake tin</li>
    <li>Combine the orange, sugar, butter and eggs in a food processor; process until thoroughly combined</li>
    <li>Transfer the orange mixture into a medium bowl, fold in the flour</li>
    <li>Spread mixture into the prepared cake pan</li>
    <li>Bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked when tested</li>
    <li>stand the cake in the pan for 15 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool</li>
    <li>Serve the cake dusted with the sifted icing sugar</li>
