Marinated Dry Rub Pork Tenderloin
Very tasty and a crowd pleaser!
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp dry mustard
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Pork tenderloin, trimmed (can be butterflied or in chunks for skewers)
Salt and pepper
- In a clear plastic bag combine all the ingredients.
- Add the pork and rub thoroughly and evenly with the spice mixture.
- Seal and refrigerate to marinate for 2 to 24 hours (preferably 24 hours for best flavours)
